What Your Child Needs

Wearing the kimono is a daily practice in discipline and respect; it levels the playing field, ensuring every student is recognized for their character and effort rather than their outward appearance. This tradition fosters a strong sense of community and prepares both kids and adults with the mental and physical strength required for practical self-defense.
Recommended Gear for Your First Class
To help you step onto the mat with confidence, we suggest starting with the Gold Aeroweave BJJ Gi. A fantastic way to build discipline and confidence from day one. This pre-shrunk gi is built for durability, ensuring it can handle the energetic training required to build real-world safety skills.
Gi’s can be purchased on location at Forged. Normal cost of the gi is $120 plus tax, but mention this add and that you signed up today and get a $20 discount.
